Three addresses, one for each kind of question. Pick whichever fits โ nothing gets lost if you guess wrong, it just takes a hop longer.
Collaborations, sponsorships, integrations, media questions, and anything business-side.
Something's broken or confusing โ the faucet, the quiz, a game payout, wallet linking, your Dashboard.
Reaching Lew directly, about the project itself rather than day-to-day operations.
Why two non-support addresses? admin@ is a role, not a person โ it's
the address that stays put when the person behind it changes, and it's intended to be handed to
someone else as the project grows. lewsales@ is Lew himself. If you'd rather reach
the project than the founder, or the founder than the project, that choice is yours to make.
Discord is where WinLEW actually lives. Support questions are usually answered there in minutes rather than hours, by people who can see the same bot logs you're describing. Email is better for anything that needs a record, or that you'd rather not ask in public.
Before reporting an outage, the status page checks every first-party service live โ it may already answer the question.
Impersonation is the most common attack on a project like this, so the boundaries are worth stating plainly rather than leaving to judgement.
The only email addresses WinLEW uses are the three on this page, all ending in @winlew.co. Anything from a lookalike domain is not us. Genuine collaborations are published on Sponsors & Partners โ if an arrangement isn't listed there, it doesn't exist. We also don't pay for promotion, so anyone claiming to be paid to shill $WinLEW is lying.
