WINLEW โ€ข CONTACT

Talk to a
real person.

Three addresses, one for each kind of question. Pick whichever fits โ€” nothing gets lost if you guess wrong, it just takes a hop longer.

Discord is fastest We never DM you first No seed phrase, ever
Who to email
๐Ÿค Partnerships & press

Collaborations, sponsorships, integrations, media questions, and anything business-side.

Also the right address if you're reviewing winlew.co for a wallet allow-list or a security database.
๐Ÿ›Ÿ Help & support

Something's broken or confusing โ€” the faucet, the quiz, a game payout, wallet linking, your Dashboard.

Include your Discord username and your wallet address. Never include a seed phrase or private key โ€” we will never ask, and cannot help if you send one.
๐Ÿ› ๏ธ The founder

Reaching Lew directly, about the project itself rather than day-to-day operations.

Support questions get answered faster at the support address โ€” they're monitored for exactly that.

Why two non-support addresses? admin@ is a role, not a person โ€” it's the address that stays put when the person behind it changes, and it's intended to be handed to someone else as the project grows. lewsales@ is Lew himself. If you'd rather reach the project than the founder, or the founder than the project, that choice is yours to make.

Faster than email

Discord is where WinLEW actually lives. Support questions are usually answered there in minutes rather than hours, by people who can see the same bot logs you're describing. Email is better for anything that needs a record, or that you'd rather not ask in public.

Before reporting an outage, the status page checks every first-party service live โ€” it may already answer the question.

Verifying it's really us

Impersonation is the most common attack on a project like this, so the boundaries are worth stating plainly rather than leaving to judgement.

WinLEW will never:
  • DM you first, on Discord or anywhere else.
  • Ask for your seed phrase or private key. Not for support, not for "verification", not ever.
  • Ask you to move to a different site or app to "unlock", "validate" or "sync" your wallet.
  • Request payment for support, listings, roles, or a place in the community.

The only email addresses WinLEW uses are the three on this page, all ending in @winlew.co. Anything from a lookalike domain is not us. Genuine collaborations are published on Sponsors & Partners โ€” if an arrangement isn't listed there, it doesn't exist. We also don't pay for promotion, so anyone claiming to be paid to shill $WinLEW is lying.
