๐ Community submission queue ยท Reviewed, not automatic
Submit a Proposal
Your idea, formally on the record.
Any verified wallet can submit an idea for maintainer review โ no minimum balance required to submit (that bar only applies to voting once a proposal goes live). Submitting creates a reviewable draft only; it never schedules or activates a vote by itself.

Submitting is not publishing
This creates a reviewable draft in a maintainer queue only. It never becomes a real, votable proposal by
itself โ no vote is scheduled or activated automatically. A maintainer reviews every submission and, if
it's approved, hand-drafts and separately publishes the real proposal to
/governance/.
You'll see the review status here the whole way through.
What happens next
After you submit
- Your submission is checked for required fields, length limits, and unsafe content (private keys, seed phrases, executable links, treasury/burn instructions) โ anything that trips a check is rejected with a specific reason, nothing is silently stripped.
- A summary posts to the project's Discord automatically, so the community can see new ideas coming in โ this never exposes anything beyond your title, category, and summary.
- It enters the maintainer review queue. You'll see its status here as Submitted โ Under review.
- A maintainer either requests a revision (with a reason, and you can resubmit), rejects it (with a reason), or marks it Approved for drafting.
- Approval means a maintainer intends to hand-author a real proposal from your idea โ publishing that proposal to /governance/ is still a separate, manual step this queue has no path to trigger automatically.

Governance modes
Pick the mode you think best fits your idea โ a maintainer may adjust it during review.
Advisory
Informs a maintainer decision โ no other automatic effect.
Community-approved
The community's approval is the deciding factor for a low-stakes action a maintainer then carries out.
Maintainer-ratified
Passing is necessary but not sufficient โ a maintainer still ratifies before anything happens.
Binding within policy
The closest to "binding" this system offers โ even this never means automatic execution. See
execution boundaries.

You can submit from Discord too
/mole propose submits a proposal for maintainer review without leaving Discord. It enters the same queue, with the same validation and the same review steps described above โ it is another way in, not a shortcut past anything.
