Before asking for help
- Confirm the correct wallet address is active.
- Confirm the correct network is selected.
- Refresh the wallet after receiving assets or NFTs.
- Never share your seed phrase, private key, or password.
Common support areas
Missing balances
Balances depend on supported RPC endpoints, network status, token configuration, and refresh timing.
NFT visibility
NFTs may depend on chain support, collection indexing, metadata availability, and the wallet address that currently owns the asset.
dApp connections
Only approve websites you trust. GeoWallet should show the requesting site before connection or signing approval.
Privacy & storage
GeoWallet uses local storage for encrypted wallet data, preferences, public balance cache, and settings. See the privacy policy for details.
Security reminder
GeoWallet support will never ask for your recovery phrase. Anyone asking for it is trying to steal your wallet.
