1 What we store

To link a wallet to your Discord account and keep roles current, the bot stores:

Discord user ID
The numeric ID of your Discord account (not your password or email).
Linked wallet address(es)
The public Solana address(es) you verify — public on-chain data, never private keys.
Verification challenge
A one-time nonce and its short expiry, used once to confirm ownership, then marked used.
Verification timestamp
When you last verified and when the current cycle expires.
Role / holding metadata
The role-connection values synced to Discord (e.g. verified, holding tier).
Session token
A short-lived token so a verify session works across a few minutes; it expires on its own.

2 What we never have

We never receive, request, or store your private keys, seed phrase, or any spending authority. The verification signature proves ownership and cannot move funds. There is no custody of any kind.

3 How it is used

It is not used for advertising, and it is never sold.

4 Who it is shared with

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

5 Retention

Your link and verification records are kept while your wallet is linked, so roles keep working across cycles. Expired one-time challenges are discarded. If you unlink or request deletion, we remove your stored link data.

6 Your rights & deleting your data

You can unlink your wallet and request deletion of your stored link data at any time — ask in the WinLEW Discord. Removing the link also removes the associated verified roles on your next sync.

7 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes are reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
