WinLEW Watch Dog

The Watch Dog is monitoring infrastructure. It works with service health signals, not personal wallet data — this explains what little it touches.

1 What we store

The Watch Dog primarily records operational data about WinLEW's own services:

Service health metrics
Uptime, response times, and error signals for WinLEW services.
Alert logs
A record of alerts posted, for history and tuning.

It does not link wallets, collect wallet balances, or build user profiles.

2 Personal data

The Watch Dog is not designed to collect personal data. Any Discord identifiers it touches are operational (e.g. the channel it posts alerts to). It does not verify or store your wallet, and it does not track individual members' activity.

3 Who it is shared with

Alerts are posted to WinLEW's own Discord channels (subject to Discord's policies). Monitoring data is used internally to keep services healthy and is not sold or shared with advertisers.

4 Retention

Health metrics and alert logs are kept only as long as useful for reliability and trend analysis, then rotated out.

5 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes are reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
