1 What we store

Depending on which features you use, the website may store:

Discord user ID

Your account identifier across features.

Linked wallet address(es)

Public Solana addresses you verify — never private keys.

Verification records

When you verified and when the cycle expires; one-time challenges (expire fast).

Faucet / quiz / game history

Claims, points, streaks, and validated reward records.

Contribution records

On-chain-verified contributions you make, for the Clout leaderboard.

Profile preferences

Optional display name, bio, and avatar you set for your public profile.

Session tokens

Short-lived tokens so a signed-in session works; they expire on their own.

2 What we never have

We never receive or store your private keys, seed phrase, or spending authority. Signatures prove ownership only. There is no custody.

3 How it is used

To verify you and keep roles and eligibility accurate.
To run rewards, leaderboards, governance, and your dashboard.
To validate contributions and reward claims and prevent abuse.

Not used for advertising; never sold.

4 Who it is shared with

Discord — for login, roles, and messages.
Public blockchain — balances, payouts, and contributions are public on Solana.
Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and RPC providers process data to run the service; they aren't given your data to use for their own purposes.

5 Retention

Records are kept while they're needed for your account, accurate leaderboards, and payout accounting. You can request deletion of your off-chain data; transactions already confirmed on Solana are public and permanent.

6 Your rights & deleting your data

Ask in the WinLEW Discord to see or delete your stored data. Deletion removes your off-chain records; it can't alter on-chain history.

7 Cookies & tracking

The site uses only what's needed to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences (e.g. a session token and local settings). It does not run third-party advertising trackers.

8 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes are reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
